 The “C” Series Chopper is used for processing material that exceeds the limits of what can be fed into a Disintegrator (7” diameter). This machine is available in (4) Sizes: 12”, 15”, 18” and 24”, the latter of which can be used for reducing 55 gallon drums of frozen puree such as orange juice.
