The  ATS Feeder-Stacker-Bander (FSB) is a fast and efficient method for counting, stacking and banding batch or shingle stream products from 3” x 5” to standard 8 1/2” x 11” paper.  The FSB is a user friendly programmable automatic machine capable of banding speeds between 12 and 20 cycles per minute, depending on stack size.

The Triple FSB allows three different products to be counted, stacked, gathered and subsequently banded.

 The TR-SLM system is used for bundling stacks directly off of the stacker. This machine is customized to fit popular stacking systems such as Rima or Mueller Martini.  This machine transports the stacks (1 up or 2 up) through the banding system.
