Vertical banding of 6-packs

CASE
6-packs of small bottles require banding around the middle to ensure they remain together. Unauthorized removal of one bottle should be impede.

SOLUTION
The fully automated US-2000 HIB-LIP horizontal machine with integrated printer bands vertical products and prints logistical information on the band. The products are lifted into the band prior to bundling. The banded products are then collected together at the out-feed for further simple packaging.

BENEFITS
The process helps prevent the unauthorized removal of one bottle from the 6-pack. At the same time, the customer can print individual information on the banded units - the banding process also makes it much easier to apply further packaging.
